Second-Level Registrations – domainname.me
.ME domains are available to any individual or corporation worldwide without restriction or specific requirements.
Third-Level Registrations – domainname.net.me
Only individuals and entities of Montenegro are allowed to register third-level .ME domains. Additionally, ME-net is the only registrar allowed to register third-level domains in the Registry.
The following are third-level zones for .ME:
- net.me
- org.me
- co.me.
- its.me
- priv.me
Current registrants of cg.yu domains can secure domains under co.me.
The University of Montenegro’s Center of Information Systems (CIS) is responsible for sub-domains beneath the following domain names and should be contacted directly:
- edu.me (educational)
- ac.me (academic)
- gov.me (government)
